Interviews
During the event it is almost impossible to get an interview with the head of the competition. Therefore it is important to make interviews before the event starts on friday or on saturday.  At least we have to arrange time for the interview beforehand. Detailed schedule you can find from program. Interviews with the competitors should be done in a place reserved especially for that. This interview area is on backstage.

Press accreditation
Press should accreditate beforehand. Fill out the form and send it by e-mail (ossi.arvela(a)heinola.fi) or by post (Sauna World Championships, Maaherrankatu 1b, 18100 Heinola, Finland).

Press room
Press room can be found from the WPK-house. It is right next to competition arena. From the press room you can find more information about the competition and Heinola. There is also coffee and internet access.  Press room is available only for the accreditated media.

Photographing and filmming the event
Media and also the spectators can freely film and take pictures during the event. No media is allowd to enter backstage area (dressing rooms, showers, first aid tent. By this we want to guarantee the privacy and safety of the competitors.

Request for the media
Unfortynately we don't have time os recourses for monitoring medias all around world. That's why we would love to get a copy of your articles and documents about the competition. We sure would appreciate that a lot!
